Paintball is no different to any other sport
or activity, the more you practice the better you become. As an indidual or
as part of a team you need to practice, practice and then practice some more.
Whether its snap shooting or calling positions, you can never have too much
parctice. Find a more experienced player to watch your game and ask them for
pointers to improve on.
Another thing you can do is set you equipment
up to suit you and your position in the game. A front player needs to be able
to move fast, so the less weight that they carry the better. The marker and
its setup can also be a key factor in your game, set it up so that you can
use it comfortably and effectively. As each player has their own unique size,
shape and preferences, it is impossible for any one marker, or modification
to suit everyone, so take the time to look at what other people have done
to adapt their equipment to suit their needs. It can make a world of difference.
